How do I add a compound to my protocol?

Go to the Protocol tab and tap the + button in the top right. Fill in the compound name, dose, unit, and frequency, then tap Save.

How does lab result extraction work?

In the Labs tab, tap the upload icon and choose a PDF or photo of your lab report. Our AI will automatically read the values and fill them in for you.

How do I get AI analysis of my labs?

Go to the Labs tab and tap the AI Insights tab. Tap "Generate Analysis" to get a personalized breakdown of your results relative to your goals.

Can I use PepIQ on both the web and mobile?

Yes. Your account syncs across the web app at pepiq.ai and the iOS mobile app. All your data is available on both.

How do I turn off dose reminders?

Go to your iPhone Settings → Notifications → PepIQ and toggle notifications off.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at support@pepiq.ai with your account email and we will permanently delete your account and all associated data.
